Beginning in agencies laid the groundwork for recruiting, eventually leading within the largest Recruitment Process Outsourcing Project in Europe. Transitioning to in-house roles allowed progression in HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition positions across various sectors, notably Retail and FMCG.
